An analysis of human movement is conducted through a combination of classroom interaction and outdoor kayaking sessions over an 8 week period.
The educational gains are directly related to the QSA syllabus and curriculum.

Biomechanics is a school based kayaking program which analyses the kayaking stroke in terms of its relation to:
- Newton’s Law
- Summation of Forces
- Leverage
- Hydrodynamics
- Principles of Force Summation

Biomechanics is used extensively as a lead up program for students moving onto Zero Limits as it provides an understanding of the basics of kayaking.
