Balunjali offers the most unique and life changing school expeditions in Australia.
Use one of our existing camp formats or alternatively design your own utilizing the most skillful team of indigenous and military trained survivalists available.

Balunjali facilitate remote and exciting recreational based camps, which are designed to offer students the opportunity to experience and learn more about our natural environment. Each of our unique expeditions utilizes traditional concepts within aboriginal culture to teach practical applications within day-to-day life.
Our motto “Get connected” is the core focus of each of our experiences, we aim to help people to become more connected to themselves, others and the environment. |

Each of Balunjali’s leaders has a strong spiritual understanding and connection to the land. Balunjali’s programs have a proven track record in delivering superior outcomes.
We hope that we can work with you in the future to share our passion for Australia and our indigenous culture with your students. Our camps are designed in consultation with each school and are based on an experiential learning framework utilizing survival, bush craft and environmental awareness training sourced from two unique vocations: - Indigenous Leaders and Guides - Military Trained Survivalists

Our highly skilled team will foster personal development for each student whilst complementing and reinforcing the school’s curriculum and philosophy. The core objectives for each camp regardless of location follows a common theme:
- Encourage effective communication and teamwork practices
- Develops skills in operatively effectively in the Australian Outdoors
- Develops an awareness of survival requirements which will transition across into survival in everyday life
- Improves ones confidence, self esteem and maturity Introduces students to improvisation and bush craft skills which are eroding in modern day society
- Teaches respect for yourself, others and the environment
- Reinforces established educational programs
Surviving and prospering is life is no different. Participants will gain a more positive approach to learning and a greater respect for their peers and their elders. Without peer support and elder knowledge, no tribe, no matter how large and powerful will prosper.
