Reservations and booking information:

Tour Prices:  Prices quoted for half and full day tours are in Australian Dollars, include GST and are valid until 31 March 2011.

Tour Inclusions:  Tours include all guided activities, personal floatation device, snorkeling equipment and meals – please see tour description for meal inclusions.

Suitability:  Balunjali guided kayak tours is a physical activity which requires the ability to kayak with your guide from Main Beach to Wavebreak Island (approximately 1500 metres depending upon the current), snorkel and/or swim off Wavebreak beach (approximate depth of between 1 and 5 metres), kayak from Wavebreak to South Stradbroke Island (approximately 250 metres), walk (with appropriate wettable aqua performance footwear) on Wavebreak and/or South Stradbroke Island (approximately 1100 metres on varying terrains), return by kayak to departure point (approximately 1700 metres depending upon the current).

Children:  Tours are suitable for accompanied children from 8 years of age.  Younger children are on request.

Reservations:  To secure your booking, payment must be made at the time of reservation.  Reservations can be made by clicking on the Book Now button at the top right hand corner of each page or from the link on the Half Day and Full Day Tour pages).  Balunjali uses real time live inventory so you can see straight away the tour dates and times available, book and pay securely online with your credit card and receive an automatic confirmation of your booking.  Reservations can also be made by telephone by calling 07 5533 8527 and making your payment via direct deposit, credit card or cheque (if time permits – 5 working days for cheque clearing is required). 

Cancellation & refund policy

A 50% refund applies to cancellations between 48 hours and 7 days prior to your tour date.

No refund will be made for tours cancelled within 48 hours of your tour date, however we may be able to offer you substitute dates with the next 7 days, subject to availability.

Should you be delayed and miss the tour departure time, no refunds can be made.

In the unlikely event of severe weather, we reserve the right to change the location and/or vary the tour experience, or in extreme weather conditions, we will offer you an alternate date or a full refund.
